Terms and Conditions Telephone Sales.
Fruit Machines for home use DO NOT require a permit or
license. If you intend to use the machine in a public place
then the necessary certificates should be applied for from
your local authority.
In these conditions ‘We’ ‘the seller ‘ are SAS Leisure
Ltd
‘You’ ‘the customer’ are ’the buyer’, the person, company
or firm purchasing the sellers goods. ‘Goods’ are machines
or property supplied by the seller.
By placing an order, the customer accepts the conditions
below.
Price and Description
All prices are in UK pounds sterling and may be subject
to change without notice.
All prices are inclusive of vat and there is no extra charge
for credit card sales.
All goods are ex rental or arcade machines, which are refurbished
and are sold subject to availability. Usually the photo
in the price list is the actual machine on sale. Orders
are accepted at our sole discretion and we reserve the right
to decline a sale without reason.
Payment Method
A sale is made by calling 0845 67 321 47 and placing your
order. Payment can be made by using a credit / debit card
(Visa, Master Card, Maestro) or cheque by post, enclosing
your details.
Delivery
Please allow approximately seven working days for delivery
after the machine has been work-shopped. We can offer a
two day delivery service for a small additional charge,
please ask when ordering. Any additional carriage charges
incurred due to the carrier being unable to access the delivery
address at an arranged time must be borne by the customer.
Delivery shall be to the front door of the address. Separate
arrangement will have to be made, by the customer, if a
machine has to go up stairs. In the unlikely event of the
goods being damaged in transit we must receive the detail
in writing within seven working days of delivery so that
a claim can be processed on your behalf.
Warranty
We offer a full parts and labour warranty for 3 months
after receiving the goods (one month for commercial use).
We shall do everything in our power to ensure that your
machine reaches you in perfect working order. We have a
complete backup service for our customers should anything
go wrong.

Third party repairs will not be financed. Carriage cost
on parts returned is not covered.
Cancellation or Return
If you are not happy with the machine for any reason you
may return it within seven days of delivery. Where you wish
to return the goods you must first contact our sales department
in writing. Carriage can then be organised.
It is your responsibility to take care of the goods so that
they are returned in the same condition as received.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the machine is damaged while with you then you must bear
the cost of the repair. If you would like us to organise
a return, the machine must be palletised.
Return of spare parts
If you order the wrong parts and wish to return them for
credit, there will be a 15% handling - return to stock charge.
Industrial Property Rights
The buyer shall indemnify the seller against all damages,
penalties, costs and expenses to which the seller may become
liable as a result of work done in accordance with the buyers
instructions which involves the infringement of any letters,
patent, trade mark copyright or registered design.
Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by Scottish law and the
buyer and the seller submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish
Courts.
